I'm with you, I was supposed to be able to design one as well, but I can't get a response from the owner. I had such great plans too. She's still posting art on DA, just seems to be ignoring the group for management (I know she produces more sales every so often, and will do commissions/customs for money/points but that seems like it's it.)
Yeah... that's the problem - she is active and I have the feeling that import requests are consistently ignored - although that can't be entirely true, since a custom import was uploaded at the end of last month. I also don't quite understand how it's 'choosed' who gets a custom hototo and who doesn't. I've given up my hopes of getting a Hototo -I've been on Deviantart for 9 years now and have been trying on and off since shortly after I signed up (import failed, sales not available or not payable, auctions not nearly payable). Meanwhile I have given up ^^' I know where the auctions of the Hototos land price-wise and could imagine that therefore hardly Customs are accepted more: Because for the action horses CLEARLY more in points (Or even real money) is paid, as would jump out for Customs. Can I understand somewhere, but I find it incredibly sad :/
